The standard Pay-As-You-Go rate for home user tech support is $99/hour per tech prorated in 15-minute increments after the first 1-hour minimum. Pay-As-You-Go service covers onsite support only and does NOT include remote support or email support. Standard rates apply M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend and after-hours rates increase by $10/hour.

Pay-As-You-Go service does NOT include hardware repair, remote support, or email support. We also offer prepaid support packages for ease of billing, remote support, and FREE email support at discounted rates as low as $50/hour allowing for half hour minimum onsite visits verses the standard 1 hour minimum.
